Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any Co-Write with AI website, purchasing a course, subscribing to our newsletter, or joining our community, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services. (We'll miss you, but we'll understand.)

These terms apply to all Co-Write with AI properties, including cowritewithai.com, get.cowritewithai.com, articles.cowritewithai.com, and any associated email communications.

Courses and Digital Products

What You're Buying

When you purchase a course (such as Co-Write OS, Write OS, or Co-Operate OS), you're buying lifetime access to that course's digital content as it exists at the time of purchase, plus any future updates we choose to add. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not a philosophical concept. If we ever discontinue a course, we'll give you reasonable notice and ensure you can download or access the materials.

Pricing

Course prices are listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes don't affect existing purchases. If you bought it at $99, it stays $99 for you regardless of what happens to the price later.

Access and Delivery

After purchase, you'll receive access details via email. Course content is delivered digitally. You're responsible for maintaining access to the email address you used at checkout, because that's how we deliver everything.

What You Can and Can't Do With Course Content

You can: Use the materials for your own personal and professional development. Apply the frameworks, templates, and methods to your own work. Share what you've learned in conversation (we'd love that, actually).

You can't: Redistribute, resell, copy, or share the course materials themselves. Post course content publicly. Use our materials to create a competing product or course. Share your login with others.

One purchase = one person. If you want team access, contact us and we'll work something out.

Refund Policy

30-day refund guarantee on all courses.

If the course isn't what you expected, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No hoops. No "prove you did the work" requirements. No interrogation about why.

Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we're not obligated to grant them. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also need to run a business.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Free Resources

Free resources (like the Voiceprint Quick-Start System) are provided as-is. By downloading a free resource, you're opting into our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. The free resource is yours to keep regardless of your subscription status.

Newsletter and Email

Our newsletter is published through Substack (articles.cowritewithai.com) and our email sequences are delivered through Encharge. By subscribing, you consent to receiving emails from us.

We send: newsletter issues, lead magnet follow-ups, course-related emails, and occasional marketing. We don't send: daily spam, emails from third parties, or anything we wouldn't want in our own inbox.

You can unsubscribe from any email list at any time. Substack and Encharge subscriptions are managed separately, so if you're on both, you may need to unsubscribe from each.

Community (Skool)

If you join our Skool community, these additional guidelines apply:

  • Be a human. Treat other members the way you'd want to be treated in a room full of smart people who are all figuring this out together.
  • No spam. Don't use the community to sell your own products or services unless you've been given explicit permission.
  • No sharing paid content. Course materials shared in the community are for members only. Don't screenshot, copy, or redistribute them.
  • We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines or who are consistently disruptive. If you're removed for cause, refunds for community membership fees are at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on Co-Write with AI properties (including website copy, course materials, frameworks, brand names, and methodologies) is owned by Nick Quick / Co-Write with AI unless otherwise stated. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The Voiceprint methodology and VAST framework
  • The Ink Sync process (Direct, Reflect, Correct)
  • Course content across all programs
  • Newsletter articles and blog posts
  • Website design and copy

You're welcome to reference our concepts and link to our content. You're not welcome to copy it, claim it as your own, or build a competing product based on our proprietary frameworks.

Disclaimers

No Guaranteed Results

Our courses and materials teach methodology and frameworks for co-writing with AI. Results depend on your effort, existing skills, how you apply the material, and factors outside our control. We don't guarantee specific outcomes like income, audience growth, or publishing results. Anyone who does is lying to you.

Not Professional Advice

Our content is educational. It's not legal, financial, or business advice. We're teaching a writing methodology, not running your business for you. For decisions that require professional advice, consult an actual professional.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms (FlexiFunnels, Substack, Encharge, Skool, Netlify) to deliver our services. We're not responsible for their uptime, security practices, or policy changes. We do our best to choose reliable partners, but we can't control what they do.

AI Tools

Our methodology involves using AI writing tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, and others). These tools are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms, capabilities, and limitations. We teach you how to use them effectively, but we don't control the tools themselves. AI capabilities and availability may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Co-Write with AI and Nick Quick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, courses, or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paraguay. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights, we'll notify active customers and subscribers via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
